🗒 Step 1: Submit Your Application
The teams at LBB and RPSG will be evaluating every application. Our application requires you to share preliminary information about your company including your target customers, opportunities, stage of business and an intro deck.

📞 Step 2: Pitch Calls
If your application is selected, we'll have pitch calls where you can introduce your vision and product to the RPSG and LBB teams. In these calls, we'll deep dive into your business model, early traction & the passion for what you're building.

🤝 Step 3: Term Sheet & Closure
If you clear the pitch calls, you will receive a standard term sheet from us, followed by a legal and financial diligence (these are standard investment procedures).

Once we're signed and all set, you will be ready to receive the committed capital, kickstart your promotions on LBB and attend basecamp bootcamp.

Abhishek heads RPSG Capital Ventures and is based out of Gurugram, India. An avid believer in the Indian consumer story, he brings 15+ years of experience across investments and M&A. He loves brainstorming with entrepreneurs over a cup of coffee.

Prior to this, he was part of the investments team at True North and JP Morgan. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification.

Rohan grew up in the United States and moved to Mumbai in 2013. Before moving to India, and becoming one of the youngest leaders in the FMCG space, Rohan led a career in the finance sector with S&P's Corporate Valuation Group (now a division of Duff & Phelps Investment Bank) where he spent time in Tokyo working on one of the largest M&A transactions in history. Vedang is a mechanical engineer and a self-confessed nerd who began his career at Tresvista, a boutique financial services firm, where he met Aditya and Rohin. The Souled Store is a home-grown, pop culture merchandise brand created in 2013 with the philosophy of following your soul. What sector and/or stage should my company be at?

Is this only for consumer brands?
Yes, the programme is only for consumer brands.
How do I apply?
You may apply by filling out the application form.
When do applications open & what are the timelines?
Applications opened on April 22, 2021.
The basecamp learning and mentorship programme will run in June and July, 2021.
I have a co-founder. Can we both attend? What if there are three or four of us?
We require (and accept) only 1 application per company/team. If your company is selected, we will encourage all co-founders to attend the program.
What is the evaluation process? How long will evaluation take?
We will aim to revert within a couple of weeks, but please be patient as we have received tremendous response.
Do you look at financials of the business?
Of course. Any startup investment includes looking at financials. However, depending on the sector + team, we will look at pre-revenue businesses also.
Will there be a diligence?
Yes, there will be a diligence.
Will you participate as part of a large round?
Happy to evaluate it on a case to case basis.
How will you value my company?
We will value the business based on past financials, current scale, team strength, sector, business model and dilution till date.
Is there a certain revenue bracket to be eligible to apply?
No, as long as the company is early in its journey they can apply. Pre-revenue companies with a strong team and a unique positioning are also welcome to apply.
Do I have to be an online only brand, or can my focus be retail too?
You could be an online only, retail only and/or omni-channel brand- all are welcome.
