Abhishek heads RPSG Capital Ventures and is based out of Gurugram, India. An avid believer in the Indian consumer story, he brings 15+ years of experience across investments and M&A. He loves brainstorming with entrepreneurs over a cup of coffee.

Prior to this, he was part of the investments team at True North and JP Morgan. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst by qualification.

How do I apply?

The basecamp learning and mentorship programme will run in June and July, 2021.
I have a co-founder. Can we both attend? What if there are three or four of us?
We require (and accept) only 1 application per company/team. If your company is selected, we will encourage all co-founders to attend the program.
What is the evaluation process? How long will evaluation take?
We will aim to revert within a couple of weeks, but please be patient as we have received tremendous response.
Do you look at financials of the business?
Of course. Any startup investment includes looking at financials. However, depending on the sector + team, we will look at pre-revenue businesses also.
Will there be a diligence?
Yes, there will be a diligence.
Will you participate as part of a large round?
Happy to evaluate it on a case to case basis.
How will you value my company?
We will value the business based on past financials, current scale, team strength, sector, business model and dilution till date.
Is there a certain revenue bracket to be eligible to apply?
No, as long as the company is early in its journey they can apply. Pre-revenue companies with a strong team and a unique positioning are also welcome to apply.
Do I have to be an online only brand, or can my focus be retail too?
You could be an online only, retail only and/or omni-channel brand- all are welcome.
